Welcome to Fonts Designs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fonts Designs website, purchase of products, and use of design, fabrication, 3D printing, automotive interior, and related services provided by Fonts Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting a project request, approving a quote, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Fonts Designs provides services that may include CAD design, custom fabrication, 3D printing, prototyping, automotive interior design and fabrication, audio integration, and other custom design or fabrication services.

The availability, scope, pricing, specifications, and timeline for custom services will depend on the individual project. Submission of an inquiry through this website does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are outside our capabilities, availability, or scope of services.

2. Quotes and Custom Projects

Pricing for custom projects is based on the information available at the time a quote is prepared. Quotes may include design, materials, fabrication, labor, finishing, shipping, or other project-specific costs.

Changes to the scope, specifications, materials, dimensions, design, or requested deliverables after a quote has been approved may result in additional charges or changes to the estimated completion date.

Work will not begin until any required approvals, deposits, or other project requirements have been completed.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, project timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed completion dates.

3. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, dimensions, vehicle information, specifications, drawings, files, photographs, and other information necessary to complete a project.

Fonts Designs is not responsible for fitment issues, production errors, delays, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

If dimensions, vehicle specifications, or other information change after a project has been approved, additional design or fabrication charges may apply.

4. Design Approval

Custom designs may require customer approval before fabrication or production begins.

By approving a design, drawing, rendering, prototype, proof, or specification, the customer confirms that the information shown is accurate and authorizes Fonts Designs to proceed.

Changes requested after approval may require additional design time, materials, labor, or production costs.

5. Online Store

Products available through the Fonts Designs online store may include vehicle-specific components, fabricated parts, accessories, made-to-order products, and other merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, finishes, photography, screen displays, or updates to a product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and correct pricing, description, or availability errors.

6. Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for reviewing all listed vehicle fitment information before placing an order.

Vehicle modifications, previous repairs, aftermarket components, production differences, trim levels, model-year variations, or other factors may affect fitment.

When a product is identified for a particular year, make, model, or configuration, customers should verify that their vehicle meets the stated requirements before ordering.

Installation requirements should also be reviewed before purchase.

7. Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Certain products may be fabricated, configured, finished, or otherwise produced specifically for an order.

Production times shown for made-to-order products are estimates and may vary depending on materials, order volume, customization, and shop workload.

Because customized and made-to-order products may be produced specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives defective or materially different from the approved order.

Any restrictions will be identified before purchase where applicable.

8. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout or included in an approved project quote or invoice.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or other reasonable business considerations.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Processing and production times are separate from carrier transit times.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Fonts Designs.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.

Standard, unused products may be eligible for return within the period stated in our Return Policy, subject to any listed conditions.

Custom, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products may be final sale unless defective, damaged, or otherwise required to be returnable under applicable law.

Customers should inspect orders promptly after delivery and contact Fonts Designs regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.

11. Installation and Use

Some Fonts Designs products may require professional installation, modification, fabrication, drilling, welding, wiring, or other specialized work.

Customers are responsible for determining whether they have the appropriate skills, equipment, and experience to safely install a product.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers should use a qualified installer.

Fonts Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of a product outside its intended application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Product and Service Warranties

Any warranty applicable to a specific product or service will be stated in the applicable product listing, quote, invoice, or separate warranty documentation.

Except for warranties expressly provided by Fonts Designs and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products and services are provided subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase or project approval.

13. Intellectual Property

The Fonts Designs name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, product designs, original CAD files, drawings, and other original materials are owned by Fonts Designs or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design, CAD file, drawing, manufacturing file, or other intellectual property used to create that product.

For custom design projects, ownership and permitted use of project files will be determined by the applicable quote, agreement, or written project terms.

Customers may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Fonts Designs intellectual property without written permission.

14. Customer-Provided Intellectual Property

By providing logos, drawings, photographs, CAD files, designs, trademarks, or other materials to Fonts Designs, you represent that you own the materials or have permission to use and provide them for the requested project.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you provide if you do not have the necessary rights or authorization to use them.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, engage in fraudulent activity, or use website content in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the business, customers, website, or other users.

16. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, analytics, or other services.
